Sarah believes that everyone has a right to feel-good movement in the bodies they currently have. Experiences in her larger body working to heal her whole self with yoga and other movement practices deeply inform her work.
Sarah strives to help people connect within, whatever that means for them. She has a background in yoga, belly dance, martial arts, meditation, somatics, and more recently, Thai bodywork. She offers Soulful Yin, restorative yoga, slow flow, yoga nidra and meditation classes. She also has recorded guided meditations both on Spotify and Insight Timer for anyone at any time.
Sarah is RYT 200 and a certified Yoga for All instructor. She is also currently a bodywork student, on a path to become a LMBT in 2024.
Donna is a 20+ year veteran of both health-care and fitness. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes and her clients. Donna is a former nurse and endurance athlete with a deep understanding of nutrition, bio-mechanics and physical training. She strives to help people find their inner bad-asses, no matter what life throws their way.
Donna offers both private personal training sessions as well as yoga and movement classes. She is also currently involved in competitive body-building, with hopes of competing in 2024. Donna is a powerhouse and has no interest in letting age stop her from doing what she wants.
